Yes that sometimes happens. You should keep on trying to login and it will reconnect you after a short while.

Just tell us what is your other account. Tell us the truth or else we cannot help you. Because if you have another account, that you wanted to log in and that account is banned? then you cannot log in for sure. Now if you don't have another account? then follow the instruction that other mods advised. regards
