blocking in pool

I agree generally with the no blocking rule in pool . But when the balls are broke and a ball covers a pocket i dont see why a player should move that ball when he didnt put it there . One more thing , whats the point of having a forum if the members cant reply to most of the topics in it ?

	Hi nick, Everybody can answer or make topic , if they want to. Mods have some categories on all kind of said blocking, but the most important is, mods need to see the complete game or video. well not much problem now a days this kind of scenario any how.
